Caramelized Vanilla Bean Syrup
Non-alcoholic
1 oz Caramelized Vanilla Bean Syrup
1 oz Half & Half or Cream
4 oz Soda Water
Fill a glass with ice, then add Caramelized Vanilla Bean Syrup and cream. Top with soda water and stir gently.
